Trunk wont open unless someones pressing the button and someones pulling up on the trunk maybe the locking mechanism which latches the trunk closed needs to be adjusted a little more loosly move the latch so that it engages sooner as you close the trunk do this by loosening 2 3 bolts to move the latch.
